Meditation is the art of finding ourselves. It guides us to a more aware, centered, and open place where we can be free of past conditioning.

As we align our physical, emotional and spiritual selves, our natural perfection is revealed. We become calmer, happier and healthier.

My meditation program consists of a series of private, one-on-one instructional sessions, held in Matthews, NC. I teach simple, relaxing, and empowering meditation and breathing practices. I also give you tools to examine and modify your eating patterns. As you explore what your body truly needs, you’ll discover new ways of moving, breathing and eating that will help you realize your ideal life.

I meet with people for one hour, 2-4 times a month. You will need a six weeks commitment to realize change. For those outside the Charlotte, NC area, I offer phone and videoconferencing sessions.
